Extreme Close up of the moon with Nikon Coolpix P900 Camera

Nikon just released its Nikon COOLPIX P900 Digital Camera with 83x Optical Zoom and Built-In Wi-Fi(Black) camera with a zoom so powerful, you can see craters on the moon's surface. The moon is roughly 239,000 miles from Earth.

You can see the actual craters on the moon's surface where it's been hit by asteroids and comets thanks to Nikon's 83 x zoom. It's so powerful you can even watch the moon move across the sky as Earth rotates, and the image is surprisingly stable for such an extreme zoom.


Check out the video below to see it for your own eyes. That is amazing, and it makes my telescope look like a child's toy. Surprisingly it is around the same price as my telescope.
